Is there a way to increase the gramophone volume? I've got some 1941 church radio files in the gramophone folder, but can bearly hear them. The only time the sound effects don't drown them out is if I'm using external view and have let my sub sail away. Thanks.
(Looks like I've been promoted from bilge rat :P)

I am not sure you can. Unless you edit the sound files themselves to increase the volume.
And yeah i hated being a bilge rat. I have been one of those 3 times lol!

You can try to decrease the volumes of the in game sounds in the options menu of SHIII. I couldn't get this to work for me. The only sure way to increase the sound volume is to convert the sound files to wave files, increase the sound using the microsoft sound editor, and then convert them back into org or mp3 files. This worked for me, but I didn't have a program to do batch files this way, so I gave up after a couple of files.
There were some threads to this effect, and Church stated he would consider doing this and re-release them with an increase in volume, but he hasn't done this yet.
