Wazoo manual plotting pdf file

Just finished reading Wazoo’s amazing manual plotting guide and at the bottom there’s a link to what is supposedly a pdf version of the guide. Alas, the link leads nowhere and I was therefore wondering if anyone here has a link to this pdf... or better yet ... the actual file itself.
