I just watched Finnish PM Matti Vanhanen in the morning news, he suggested that Finland might consider enriching uranium for its own needs :D Theres 4 power reactors and 1 research reactor in Finland at present. 5th reactor is under construction, its going to be worlds biggest unit (1600MV), there is strong support in Finland to build 6th reactor of the same type. Sounds good to me, step to become a nuclear capable state in a short time. Il post a link when i find one..

This is a good time for me to let everyone know, I am starting a uranium enrichment project myself. I've got the garage lead-shielded and in a few days, I should have 560 centrifuges spinning, separating neutrons and protons in orderly fashion. I should have a 3 kiloton warheard ready to go by deer season this November.

Obviously the time to strike is now. :-j
Finnish hegemony in winter sports over the years, not to mention the use of double vowels in virtually every unpronounceable Finnish word, is a policy that cannot be allowed to spread!
Finnish weapons of mass destruction (i.e., cloning Finnish PM Tarja Halonen) into a vast, unstopable army of Conan O'Brien's threatens the Nordic balance of power-

I don't know. I've never heard any leader from Finland vowing to wipe another country off the map. :hmm:

LOL does that come between bow season and long gun season? And is there a bag limit? :hmm:

I knew that nothing good will come from the north. First they sent their viking fleets to terrorize our coasts, then they tried to infiltrate our most vulnerable communication structure and handy-nets, and now this. We better reinstall the Soviet Union and then let them deal with these scary Fins.

We better reinstall the Soviet Union...

I tried that, but got this error message:

I know it worked when I installed it in 1917, but I had to uninstall in 1989 because it was getting a bit corrupt, can anyone help? :-j

I have also been considering re-loading my own brass. Have you got a tumbler and a one-step press, or it is just an amateur job?

As for Finland and it's nucs, what are they planning to do with the expended cores?

There has been talk that this company, Posiva http://www.posiva.fi/englanti/posiva_posiva.html , could manage nuclear waste also elsewhere from Europe, send it all to us ;) We are so much smarter that those Iranians :|\

We should have the delivery vehicles assembled in three months by cheap illegal workers from Mexico. We should have a dozen weapons ready by October. We will blow up a small moon in December. And we hope to tear a hole in the fabric of the universe some time in ’07.

I guess it's time I announced my intentions then....

In my garden shed I have built a fully functional time machine, I intend to travel into the future and see what lies ahead for us.

Ok, that does it :) We in the Red States demand you cease your enrichment plans at once and allow Texas Inspection Teams in to monitor. We are sealing the broder so you can expect no more Mexicans coming through. All options are on the table. :ping:

How the hell did you design a miniturized warhead without first taking baby steps to design about a 15 to 30 kt device first? I'd have to place my bets on the fact that your failure rate will be near 100% without knowing how the simple device works first! :)

How could I be so stupid and you be so smart??? I just figured it out! You are building a dirty bomb! You will explode it, come back a week or two later and collect the deer! Duh! OK, you will probably have a 100% success rate then. Sorry to have ever doubted you!

Hey guys, I'm putting the finishing touches on the first stage of my gaseous thermal diffusion plant. I know nobody has enriched uranium using this method this the 50s, but I need a bit of technical help. I can't get ahold of any cheap Uranium Hexaflouride. Apparently it's been outlawed.

Where can I find some?
