I plan on seeing the Texas, the Cavalla, the destroyer there next to the Calvalla. What else is there to do in the area??? I'm planning on being there from June 17th through the 20th. Are there any Civil War related things in the area? :|\

Visit the San Jacinto Battlefield Monument. That marks the spot where Texas really got it's independence from Mexico.

I heard a news report , talking about the tremendous crime increase from the New Orleans criminal that have relocated to Houston. What's up with that :damn: ? What's La Porte like? Is it a big place or small place. I'm thinking about staying in La Port. :hmm:
