SH2 shivering text

Hi All

I bought and installed SH2, but the text jumps and shivers and the faces of dials look like something Picasso painted. Any suggestions?

I am running WinXP.

I installed the SH2 patch, but the problem persists. Also, I'm running the game in Win 98 mode (I think).

I wanted to play SH2 for a while, hoping that Ubisoft would issue a Starforce-free 'gold" version of SH3.

There were problems reported with sh2/dc and some version of the nvidia driver. I assume you have a nvidia derived card; in that case upgrading to the latest version should fix the problem.

Thank you very much for the information! I found the latest driver at the Nvidia site and installed it; now SH2 works fine. No more shivering text!
