sup.. I gotta question here, figured you people at the subism forums could answer.... I played this sub-simulator at a very young age, and therefore I don't remember the name - however I remember the gameplay to some extent...

you were in charge of a modern US nuclear submarine... I believe the enemy was the chinese. the game was video based - a video would play, something would happen and you'd have to make a decision - the video would pause wit the actors looking towards you, and a few options would appear at the bottom. the game would then continue based on which decision you made/order you issued (example: if the enemy fired torpedos, you could choose evasive manuevers or drop counter measures).

I know this is a fairly shallow description, but perhaps someone could give screen shot links or somethin mayn... help me out a bit, I been dyin to play this.... thanks, 1.

It wasn't tom clancys SSN - I do think there were some external shots, but this game was primarily based inside the submarine. There weren't a lot of computer graphics, mostly videos. thanks though. I'll check DW.
