I have spent the last 2 hour looking for any post on changing the the naval acadamy data. I know the file to change just need the values. I have completed it but since installing GW...its been changed.

thanks!

If you´re looking for the search button, it´s hidden between the ads on the top right corner.

To complete the academy tutorials in GW (namely the Naval Artillery tutorial)

1. Disable GW in JGSME
2. Complete the academy tutorial
3. Re-enable GW
4. Don't do any sailing between steps 3 & 4 or you risk corrupting the SH3 folder in C:/My Documents, which can cause a CTD. If you get a CTD... just delete the SH3 folder in C:/My Documents and start over.

if you use google to find something sh3 related it will usually point to the related topic in subsim post....ironically google can search these forums better than the forum search tool can.

This is true as I have done the same thing and get better and more accurate results with Google.

Yea, google is awesome for just about anything. A little off topic, but...

I work in a biochem. lab, and have for sometime. All of the reference books we have are great, but I find google to be much faster for finding simple facts/protocols--though you have to be a bit scrupulous about the search results.

Anyway, google has completely permeated our society. The potential power that google has is a bit scary--just look at their role in China's internet.
