I'm just wondering, why they (Devs) gave up "Request new orders" -action... (Radion messages, you know...) Now you have to either cheat or... I don't know... When I was at service we went on the area we were told to go to carry out our mission. To do something else we need a permission...
Cheat? Just go somewhere else you don't need out permission to do so, its your game

I agree that there should have been more interaction between BDU and your sub, but If you are using the NYGM Tonnage MOD, it's a moot point (no more "Renown").

Ok Dutch Ok...
I just hope we won't loose our sense of humor or child inside us... ;)
By the way... Personally I'm not very keen on to go anywere I want to. So, if I'm ordered to operate near Gibraltar I'm not go to Scapa. But what a heck... It's just a game... :hmm:
You can call me Gildenstern :-j
Lord Hamlet!?
Anyways I get what your saying, I guess its just personal preferance. For instance I am usually ordered around the BE quadrant. I go to me cordinates sinking what ships are withint range on the way, making exceptions for convoys and taskforces of various sizes. Once I get there I will submerge around the center of the cord and wait for something for around 24 hrs. If nothing comes up I will head for the more "profitable" areas of patrol around the North of Ireland or so.
Just my two cents.

I was resureccted in Hamlet 2.
Turns out Hamlet had a son out of wed lock, and Hamlet comes back to tell his son of his murder. Instead of following in his fathers footsteps, he just commits suicide........
Ah well, Hollywood movies anre't near as good as they used to be.
