OK, I've just installed SH3. Can anyone give me an idea to what mods to install.

Whatever ones you think you might like. At least once per week someone asks that same question. There are threads all over the boards about which mods are best etc.

Or just get GreyWolves and get it over with. GW contains most of the better mods there have been since day one.
