Just a reminder, in case it slipped anyone's mind here:

=============================================
Europe is the daughter of Agenor and Telephases, loved by Zeus. Zeus caught sight of Europe while she was playing with her friends on Siron Beach. Burning with passion for her beauty he turned himself into a bull of blinding whiteness.

In this form he lay by the maiden’s feet. Europe, frightened at first, then gaining trust, caressed the animal and ended up sitting on his back. Right away , the bull got up and thrust himself into the sea. In spite of the shouts of Europe, who was holding tightly to his horns, he entered into the waves and swam away from the shore. . In this manner they both reached Crete.

In Gorthina, Zeus and Europe made love next to a water fountain, under banana tress, that remembering such love, received the privilege of never losing its leaves.

Europe had three children with Zeus; Minos, Salpedon and Radamantis.

I think the old Greeks used cocaine for flour when baking bread ...

Good history for everyone to know. Europa and the Bull, fresco in Pompeii, 1st century CE
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/d2/EuropaPompeiiFresco.jpg And gradually she lost her fear, and he
Offered his breast for her virgin caresses,
His horns for her to wind with chains of flowers
Until the princess dared to mount his back
Her pet bull's back, unwitting whom she rode.
Then—slowly, slowly down the broad, dry beach—
First in the shallow waves the great god set
His spurious hooves, then sauntered further out
Till in the open sea he bore his prize
Fear filled her heart as, gazing back, she saw
The fast receding sands. Her right hand grasped
A horn, the other lent upon his back
Her fluttering tunic floated in the breeze. Written by the Roman poet Ovid (Publius Ovidius Naso 43 BC – AD 17) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europa_%28mythology%29

@ Sixpack:
That's exactly what I thought when I started to monitor this thread.
Instead we got some Classic mythology and a beautifull Ovidius poem (O how I hated to translate those Ovidius poems from Latin!)

Good show!
