CTD when opening HT 1.47 Campaign_Scr.mis file in editor

I want to merge the Kiel canal traffic mod with the HT 1.47 mod.

When I try to open the Harbour Traffic 1.47 for RUb 1.45 Campaign_SCR.mis file in the SH3 editor and I get the "An error has occurred...." message and a CTD.

The file is 4083KB and dated 12/19/2005.

Any ideas on how to get around this or why it won't open?

This type of issue is associated with you not having the ships specified within the MIS file.

So for example, if the NHOS is specified within the MIS, and you do not have the NHOS under the sea directory, then it will crash.
