Pink and Green Splashscreen?!...Vid Card issues...HELP!!!

Greetings all! Yup, that's exactly what's happening...whenever SH3 loads to the purplish Ubisoft splash screen the game stops immediately into a pink and green blocky mess! Then crashes and I must reboot, stating video card error. However, I can run the game perfectly with IUB 1.02 installed but eventually I want to upgrade to IUB 1.03...which of course I won't be able to because the new IUB provides us with viewing the Ubisoft splash screen again. I've tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling the video card, the game and mods, and so on. Updating drivers as well. Here's what I have:

BFG Nividia GeForce 6200 OC 256MB PCI
2 GB RAM Dual Channel
Intel Celeron D 2.53GHz

Any ideas? :(

Go into your Windows media player and look for "color correction" in one of the drop-down menus.

A long time ago I had the same problem and fiddling with that helped.

Sorry I can't remember the specifics.
