I just went in and saw the message!

in the last hours the server hosting our /mods section had a hard time just because of an insane amount of page refreshs. Please STOP searching for the Grey Wolves files, they won't appear earlier if you hit 'F5' like crazy...

The GW Supermod files most likely won't appear before the end of next weekend - and they won't be hosted on the /mods server.

Go on patrol, read a book, spend quality time with your loved ones - but stay away from 'F5', ok?"

Good idea Terrapin..

Saves you on alot of bandwidth use from people who are just to impatient to wait.

People just do not stop and use common sense that all that refreshing does suck up bandwidth really fast.

Not sure how many play Combat Mission here but those that do may remember the night of the refresh monkeys.People so eager for a particular patch that was due out kept doing exactly what they were doing on your site and crashed the whole Battlefront server due to it.

I this site down again? It now comes up as MPGText.net when you click on the link or Google it. You Greywolves guys broke it, I bet!

I'm sure the problem is temporary. I know that the site is very important to Terrapin and both have faced challenges recently.

I don't think anyone on the GW team or anywhere else for that matter expected the huge splash GW would make.

Its been a good thing and a bad thing all rolled into one.

Time will fix all things. :ping:
