I don’t want him coming back here. He might make another movie and ruin the series even more.

Are right with you yes I like the original three before all the tinkering, saw the new three not as good.

The prequel Star Wars were an opportunity to make a really good addition, instead he went kiddified with the first one and then wishy washy with the second two.
Should have been made more dark.

Should have been made more dark. Like the New Jedi Order novels. Those would have made great movies. Or the works of Timothy Zhan. :yep:
Oh well I allways got Stargate, Space: Above and Beyond, and Firefly for when I want to see good dark and gritty Sci-Fi.
Should have been made more dark.
That I agree with.

I don't necessarily agree.
The first Stars Wars Trilogy was aimed at kids not adults, and a generation later Lucas has decided that the new prequel trilogy was to be aimed at kids.
Even though I don't like the new trilogy, it was stupid to think that GL would have created the new prequels for the old-time fans.
Each new generation brings new viewers, and they are young.

I'm not a huge Star Wars fan - I prefer Star Trek. But I have seen all six Star Wars movies. Of the new trilogy, all were at least mildly entertaining but you are right about the first two. However, I thought Revenge of the Sith was great - I don't know why some people hate it so much. Could someone explain why classic Star Wars fans consider it to be crap? I don't really care much one way or the other, but I have always wondered.
BTW - The Trade Federation cruiser that Emperor Palpatine was 'held captive' on was cool, but why was the observation deck elevated so far above the main hull? Seemed to make an easy target to shoot at to me.
