Lost my saves...

Played last night and saved, exited and shut down the computer. This morning I fired the game up and SURPRISE all of my career saves do not show up.

What puzzles me is the SHIII Commander can see the files and shows correctly when the last save was, but the game shows nothing on the saved career screen.

Is there anyway to resolve this?

I renamed the offending file (Careers.cfg), fired up the game, saves showed up, loaded just fine!
