Type XXI oxygen supply

While playing with VonHelsching's battery fixes (thanks, m8!), I tested the endurance of the Type XXI. According to uboat.net, it should be able to stay submerged 2-3 days at 4-8 knots. Of course, it will run out of batteries earlier, since we haven't got a power setting that lets us creep along at 4 knots.

Anyway, I ran the batteries dead and waited for the crew to suffocate. They stayed alive for just over 40 hours, quite short of the 3 days stated on uboat.net. Any chance that this is this tweakable?

All in all, the SH3 version of the XXI seems just as unfinished as the real thing was :(

Clever remark about the O2...This, among others, fall into my grey basket of battery business unfinished (such as battery upgrades, fine tune of recharge rates etc.). If it is not hardcoded, we'll try to fix it!
