Well, i finially found a local copy of DW at Best Buy. I don't like Best Buy, but at least they have my sim. So you can probably expect to hear a lot more from me in the coming days since I now own DW too!!! :)

I've looked on play.com (link (http://www.play.com/play247.asp?pa=search&searchtype=PC&searchstring=dangerous+waters&page=search&Go.x=31&Go.y=10)) and it's not available from them until the middle of April, I thought it came out last year?

I suppose that'll give me time to get my gaming laptop back from Sony, it took exception to the glass of wine I spilled into it last weekend.

DW is also offered on Amazon.com and ebgames.com. Over at Amazon, the customer reviews are extremely high. :D

I try to buy these kind of sims from my local retailers to give them the clue that they should stock software like this. That is why I have avoided buying DW online. However, I feel I should have supported Battlefront too, but I guess that is no longer an option.

I will buy the manual however - probably sometime today. I always like a good manual.

Actually - Mine says like 550! But the nice spiral bound one I would like to support as well - so I can have a real manual for once like what used to come with older sims like 688i (remember that one?). I miss real manuals with my games - it's all about profit these days with game companies and at least Sonalyst made an attempt to provide a real manual with their sim. I feel I need to support them for their efforts and I can do that a bit with my pocketbook.

Yes i love good manuals. I think the most impressive one ive come across was for Falcon 4, a nice binder. Does the latest version of DW come with the binder manual as an option or do we got to order that separately from them.

Yeah - i have the F4 binder too. I also have the little yellow book that came with F4AF!! I guess that little yellow book is better than nothing!
