Those screens are very nice, but 460kb for 200px 150px image is just unaceptable, you own photoshop so you should know how to save jpg's for the web, such images can be very easy reduced to 6kb and still have the same image quality as those 460kb.

Something to think about, dude.

They are not really 200x150, they are full-sized pictures that gets resized to 200x150 and he uses those full-sized pictures as thumbnails. That´s not a good idea...

Yes that's right.
maybe you could make sepperated small thumbs and leave the highres just as they are.


The big ones can be just at 100kb.

and the thumbs at around 6kb.

Loading times. At the moment those 29 images are 13MB, takes about an hour to load the page with 56K/ISDN. You could shrink the filesize to 4.5MB by resaving them at 85% JPG quality, but it still would take ages to load with a slow connection. A thumbnail only is 6-8kB per image. 8*29=232kB for all thumbnail images.
