"We believe that the presence of the British military forces in Basra has led to the destabilisation of the security situation in the city," Manouchehr Mottaki told reporters, denouncing what he described as human rights violations by British troops in southern Iraq.

heh. More like:

"We have noticed that our Shi'a agents in the city of Basra have come under scrutiny, and have been stymied by the Sunni resistors. We demand that the British troops pull out immediately, to give us the chance to restore our order to the city. The current situation is de-stabilizing to the entire Middle East, and the infidels WILL SUFFER THE WRATH OF IRAN...and allah's."
