What exactly is the highest rank a player can get when playing sh3?

Congratulations on getting that far! Many quit before the 3rd mission, especially new players to subsims..

I never quit from day 1 you never know what's round the corner.
but as I learnt just finished my 4th career most proberbly DEATH
