Here is more of them if you want to start a collection:

I'm trying to find out the same thing. You just have to try them and see what you like. I'm using NYGM Crew Management Mod right now and I like it so far. Pretty much it adjusts how they tire in each of the compartments, how they react to environment, how fast they recover, and how often they need rotated. As far as the amount for each example I don't know yet...I'm still messing with them to see which one I like.

I'm talking about the crew configuration when you start a career, not the fatigue model... or it the same thing?

Thanks for answering!

I think that is crew names. Default sh3 is ones that came with installation. Realisitic crew is names generated by sh3 commander from real crew lists. I don't know what data is...I do not have that..I just have default and realistic with checkbox for randomization.

"Standard SH3" uses whatever crew configuration files are already in SH3, usually the original SH3 files, but may be configs installed into SH3 by other mods.
"Realistic" uses an adjusted crew based on real U-boat crew composition.
"Data" appears for people that didn't follow the installation instructions. ;) A "Data" entry will not appear for anyone that fully uninstalled the previous version of SH3Cmdr prior to installing R2.4.

So that realistic features affect ranking? is that what you mean?

Before starting a career with SH3, the ranking are SH3 standard but once I start a game with SHCommander the rankings are accurate and historically correct :o

Rankings and quals, yes, but only if you select the "Realistic" option. This option only affects *new* careers *started* in SH3Cmdr with the option selected, and *not* current existing careers.

cool, that's explain alot of weird things that were mixed up with other mods combo.

For example, I couldn't go very far with RuB fatigue model with this implemented as my engines crew suffocated in mid-way of patrol, making it almost impossible to return to base :o

Note that the RUb crew and SH3Cmdr crew configs are essentially the same. If you run RUB, then your "Standard SH3" model will be the RUb (and hence same as SH3Cmdr's "Realistic") model. The RUb/SH3Cmdr crew configs and RUb fatigue model are actually designed to work best with each other. You may struggle on your first patrol (although I've never been "crippled" because of it), but after patrol 2 or 3, you should be "in the zone" so to speak.
