1939-1940 Radio mod

I downloaded this mod from Subsim.com. I see its a RAR file. There is no readme with the download....I put it in the Gramaphone file. So far, nothing..... :huh:

Anybody know about this mod and how to install it?

A .rar file is like a .zip file: it must be extracted first, using WinRAR or .7zip or WinAMP or WinACE etc. Then you will see a collection of individual song files which go in the Gramaphone folder.
