Hahaha! It should read - The only guy available at the time who can spot a raw deal! Maybe Bush doesn't trust the Dutch or something? :)

As they say, it takes one to know one, no? Just a thought.

Anyway, I wouldn't read into it too much since I doubt much attention was paid to the guys background when probably more scrutiny was in order.
