HELP!!! ONLINE DOES NOT WORK IN SILENT HUNTER 3

Everything I try I get "UNKNOWN ERROR" message. How do I get my self online so I can play in a wolfpack?? :hulk:

if you have anti-virus software installed on your pc, try turning it off till you log onto the site then you should be able to log on. i had the same problems before and that worked for me.....now try it and see what happens

check that your firewall has enable the game to run. Windows xp sp2 firewall will pop up a window on the first time you load multiplayer asking you if you want to enable SH3 multiplayer. If you dont answer it, it will disable it. Some firewalls dont even ask you so check to see if its allowed if your using another firewall.
