They're real, the crewman on the left is leaning on the railing.

the image looks real, but they crewmen seem to be a bit "out"... maybe its just me.

That is a truely outstanding site. I'm going to rip all the pictures and save them back. There are several worth printing out (color, of course) and laminating for a little binder.
