Stern and bow quarters not working

im using real u boat v1.45 is it possible i have done somthing wrong to make the quarters not recharge my men,or is there something im not doing?.My men now have little black boxes next to them,there endurance is low so i put them in their quarters and had time comp on X16 for a while but nothing happening. cheers in advance

did you check the readme?
Rub and IbU use a diffrent fatigue system. they men arnt ment to recover

But there is. It's actually very important to keep your resources well-managed, otherwise you'll run out of efficiency very quickly and have to go back to base.

The point of RUb's system is not fatigue per se, but 'combat stress'. It is meant to apply to combat situations, and limits your crew's endurance primarily by the length and difficulty of the engagements on patrol.
