I need some pics of them to paint a model for Xabba. Please post any pics of them here. A view of the VLS from the top is a must find (I need the arrangement of the missile hatches)...
I already got the ones from Hazygray and GlobalSecurty.

It wasn't exactly what I was looking for but the angle was sufficient to see the layout:

If you haven't already tried it, search by the ships names, you'll get a lot of different hits than trying Duke Class or Type 23.

Why did they paint the UK Flag on the top of her bridge?
I might have to add that in, its an intresting detail.

Why did they paint the UK Flag on the top of her bridge?'cause it's a Brit. Why put the Stars & Stripes on everything?

so the americans dont bomb it !
weve lost countless me and tanks and stuff due to the americans bombing our equipment during 2003 an A10 flew over a british tank colum and attacked it despite men waving white flags flares the raising of the national flag the A10 continued to attack.
It's unfair to make fun of the USA for friendly fire incidents, all countries have them; it's just that the USA tends to be involved in more high-publicity conflicts than anyone else, so it's noticed more.

Pretty Off Topic, but I bet there were frendly fire incidents in the many smaller conflicts Britain was involved in since WWII: Aden, Oman Malaysia, Borneo, Northern Ireland, Falklands etc.

To be honest we have never been told of any during our training.
Thats not to say there wasn't any, but we haven't been told of them if there was.
