I would like to see what a tow could do to an M1A2.

Where is it available?Preorder possible, release imminent. They said the last tests for the protection code are as good as finished and showed no problems, and only some passages need to be added to the manual then. THE SIMULATION CODE IS COMPLETED. I (currently :) ) expect news before end of January and arrival before end of February.

Nice video. Love to see the inside of that thing once the tank finished brewing up.

For me personally I don't think that the price is worth it. And this is from someone who spent top money a few years back for a HOTAS Cougar. :88)

By the way, I didn't see the crew jump out! Were they killed during theis demonstration?

I don't know much about armour, but shouldn't they use these UAV's in Iraq. And Unmanned Humvees too?
Casualties would certainly go down...

Yeah but then you'd just have wreckages blocking the road. Better be in a tank where you can just drive over them.

@ Operator:
If you would be in a tank and drive over cars during (c)rush hour I bet in notime someone else is going to get a TOW.

The best vehicle for rush hour:

The M1045 HMMWV TOW Missile Carrier Up-Armored.
The vehicle is equipped with supplemental armor and TOW launcher mounted on the roof of the vehicle. The vehicle is used as a transport and to launch TOW missiles to defeat rush hour traffic in an urban environment.
The weapons platform can be traversed 360 degrees and the launcher elevated to 20 degrees and depressed to 10 degrees.

Make sure your vehicle is able to roll over the mess you make! :) ie. make it tracked and heavy!

No, no. I wouldn't make a mess at all.
And I bet it's illegal to drive a tracked vehicle with a normal drivers license.

In a traffic jam I would first fire a TOW missile at 0 degerees elevation straight ahead, just over the roofs of the cars in front of me. I figure that after that aiming the TOW Missile Launcher at those cars - mind you the weapon system can be depressed 10 degrees - would do wonders for the traffic circulation.

Things would only become nasty if the city would send out TOW Away trucks...
