With a help of friends I finally found an original operational order called "Monsoon". If you are interested in, here's the link:

Very interesting. In the future I would like to see if not a good op.order given to you before you leave the port every time (that would be too much asked, I know), but properly writen standing orders updated for example every half a year or so. (Or when it's needed) Different orders for different areas of operations. You could find them from the captains "quarter" (what's the proper word for it? Couldn't remember it just now... ) Thiskind of docs. could give you a very valuable information about the situation overall, etc. etc. Just like in the RL. Too much asked? I don't think so. SHIV is coming, just some research is needed... And, how to get Devs informed?

Heh some months ago i made a mod that focused on the Monsun boats specificlally. In reality i was sick of the atlantic and in my minds eye fashioned it around a US sub in the pacific.

4 fat ship convoys with 3 or 4 escorts, a few HK groups, and alot of tugboats to rake with gunfire, threw in some airbases too.

Problem was i made it as its own game, so intent i was on this i removed everything from the RND layer that wasnt in the indian ocean. I was gonna populate the pacific while i was at it, but lost intrest and gave up on it.
