I don´t know. Just wait a few days. Some of the WaW staff hangs out in this forum, but I don´t remember their names. They will maybe see this thread.

Im on the BdU staff and I do know that BdUs in-box does get rather large.

Im his intelligence Officer and I had to pm him 10 times as he is a busy chap.

Give it a fortnight then pm him again, or ill pass your request on.

I did couple/few patrols spring/early summer, but "retired". I realised that if I was going to give 110% to WaW-career (which it deserves), I'd had to stop playing other careers and then my time with SH3 would be too limited (and the game was new at that time). Those patrols lasted so little time comparing to all the waiting before next one. One other reason was that the exhausting mod/patch -hell at that time wasn't fun. WaW was (for me) one of the greatest online campaings ever in any game tho...Highly recommended.
