WOW, i never had any idea that the drug smugglers/cartel were using submarines. I guess it makes sense if getting things into florida or wherever they pull into is becoming more difficult. Very scary.
Ok i want to join the coast guard now... on a clipper, with hedgehogs... and i want to press the button that releases them!

They first build it, work out if everything fits, repaire and adapt if necessairy, disassemble it and transport it to a siutable dockyard, reassemble and launch.
I wonder if they work it up first and if the captain has followed the Royal Neth. Navy Perisher course?
