Is VLS reloadable when carrying ship at sea? When you want to change the load in a particular tube, is it possible to do so at sea?

No current submarine VLS systems are reloadable at sea; they can only be reloaded in port or by a replenishment ship. However, the VLS on the new Russian Project 885 boats will supposedly be reloadable from inside the sub.
