I had to reload SHII on a new computer and I am trying to get all my custom sound and speech files loaded, but I do not remember the name of the program to play or convert OGG files. I tried a search of the forum without results, but I know there is a thread for it because I found it once before. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Free audacity sound recorder. It can open .ogg files.

To convert (- to - ) OggVorbis, you can try JetAudio (http://www.jetaudio.com/).

The basic version (I have the latest full) has some limitations, but I think it will suit your needs well enough.

My favorite: dBpowerAMP (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/).

FreeRip will also work.
