What I will need to update??

I bought the game some time ago, is NOT the gold version so I believe that will need patches and updates, but what more I will need?? Will be great to have a Mission Editor and some mods to have a better looking game. Exist any of this??

If you've ever installed a patch since installing the game, you'll need to uninstall the game, reinstall it, and apply the gold patch.
