I just deleted my TOW cookies, and I'm still getting that, so everyone must be experiencing this. :(

If you try to resister, or recover your password (like me) then you cannot see the validation graphic. All other websites work fine !!

Richard yeah we have a slight problem with that board we are working on an upgrade cause it seems the only way to fix it.

Yes boys I know and IPS (makers of board are working on fixing their little screw up, if it is not fixed by the end of today (USA work hours) Ill put up the old SQL database again.

It has taken them too long and it seems they screwed up a few times.

I received an email from the Tides Admin - they are having some serious problems, but they hope to have it functioning on Wednesday. I'm not sure if the old posts are preserved, I hope they are.

it is all fixed, thank God for that :)
There is a little downtime right now (4am 8am EST) as the datacenter is working on their network,

All posts are saved and the forum is 100% useable, there will be some minor changes made here and there still.

Thanks Theta Sigma. My cookies were corrupted. Deleted them and now all is fine.

EDIT:

Well that didn't work. It got me into all the forums, but I can't post replies. Even though it says I'm logged in, I get a broken link message when I hit the "Quote" to reply to a message. I'll do some more research. Unless one of you guys have a simple answer. Cache is cleared and cookies cleared here.

Actually it's happening with all forums.

Okay, I use Firefox. I've reinstalled it so everything is brand new (no cookies, login info etc.).

I click on the Tides of War link first time ever and I get all the forums listed out, nice.

Then I log in for the first time. It logs me in.

Then I click on a forum (like Enigma), and I get this screen:

Then I exit, close browser, etc. Each time after that when I click on the original Tides Of War link it sends me to this page now:

Not sure what's going on. Or how to get out of this last page and to the forum list page.

By the way, a fresh copy of Internet Explorer, cookies deleted, cache cleared, does the same thing.

I had this trouble before when the board skins changed. Seems like I was able to get around it by changing the skin back to the original skin i used to have. I don't see a way to change skins now. Could this be it??

Hi Theta Sigma,

Yes, I've deleted all cookies. When I do that, and then go to the tidesofwar.net link, I do get to the boards list and I can view posts. However, I am not initially logged in yet, of course.

Then I log in. The log in works, but then sends me to the Board Statistics page:

I can't get out of here without an error (all links produce errors). And, I can't see a way to get back to the forums from here. None of the buttons on the bottom work, either.

And if I actually go to the forums before logging in (remember, I have to start with cookies cleared even to get there), and then try log in while in the Enigma forum (any forum, like Captain's Quarters, etc.), the login succeeds, but then sends me to this error page:
