i was in my second year at my senior school when a teacher dissapeard wasnt untill later we found out that he had been having sex with a 16 year old student, he wasnt charged but he was dissmissed for his actions

Ofcourse she was wrong and lost her judgment totally and isnt fit as a teacher. But you have to take these case by case. If the "victim" doesnt show signs of trauma, then giving hard time wouldnt be fair for someone getting laid :doh: Maybe even give the boy detention for breaking schools rules, seriously!
