For anyone that does not know how to move an existing waypoint.

1/ Left click on (plot course) to add another waypoint .
2/ Move your new waypoint over an existing waypoint that you want to move . (the existing waypoint will turn red) .
3/Left click and move the existing waypoint to where you want it to go .
4/Right click off the waypoint.

I am a bit confused, why not select the "waypoint tool" and drag any waypoint, after highlighting it to its preffered location ?
:-?

I re read your instructions again and think we mean the samething. Just that you mentioning "your new waypoint" got me of the wrong foot.
I probably had too much coffee tonight :-)
Cool, I didn't know that, and usually just re-created my waypoints after each merchant-chase that took me way off-course.
:hmm: What waypoint tool . :hmm:

it's the same with other tools:
when you habe selected the accoring tool place mouse pointer over existing mark so it is highlighted in red.
Now you can drag and drop mark.
e.g. For the angel tool it works that way that you can move the whole mark or change angel depending on where you point

Thanks for the info. I was wondering about this and would have asked about this eventually myself.
Is the Silent Hunter III manual extremely deficient in things? I just got a copy of SH3 and I'm finding many things missing from the manual.
