How much would you pay for a day at sea?

A recent charity auction in the UK sold a day at sea on HMS TORBAY for £13,500 - story here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/events/cin05/wogan_auction.shtml) about 2/3 of the way down.

That's almost as much as submarine pay :D

well id pay some where like £500 but no way that much and anyways since i got in with my company i can get paid to go to sea

Depends what it was on.
On a Traffie, definately worth a few bob...however that's a few bob more than I have :-?
Guess that just leaves enlistment for me then :lol:
