Sounds heavy Kapitain, 6 yrs in the slammer!

Well you could always fly to New Zealand, we have many people living here from other countries to avoid proscution.
Recently we had a ex offcier from Saddams death squad living here with his family under a new name. Did we kick him out of the country. Nope. :nope:

Theres a saying over here, we have 4 million people, 1 million of those are runaway convicts from other countries. In the 60-70's we had alot of nazi's living here.

:) Have a good look through your local phone book. Sometimes lawyers are willing to discuss a case as they are looking for potential customers. Get as much info as you can from him and leave. You don't have to hire the guy. Then go to the another lawyer who is looking for customers and do the same thing all over again until you get the ammunition you need. I guess in the UK you have to have a lawyer represent you in court. You know as well as everyone knows that the courts usually put facts first and the he / she said information next. One thing I do know for sure, if you're backs against the wall, FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT or APPEAL, APPEAL, APPEAL (or like we say here in the U-boat service, ATTACK, ATTACK, ATTACK). Don't dive in the face of the enemy and don't even flinch. Be on the OFFENSIVE and turn this thing around. The BEST DEFENSE IS A GOOD OFFENSE. Think POSITIVE. POSITIVE thinking begets POSITIVE actions. You have nothing to loose if your back is against the wall. Worse comes to worse, seek a lesser charge.
