Today i went to london yes thats right i acctualy pulled myself from my computer chair and moved :o

anyway i had a very important interview with the chamber of shipping better known as clyde marine, this company crew merchant ships all over the world,

i left my home at 0935 and caught the train my interview wasnt untill 1200 but i though il leave early just in case, i got to london and managed to find my way to tower hill under ground station, oh boy :D

i located it and then proceaded to get some food i ended up with a breakfast (had beans too thank god i didnt fart :o )

after that went down to see HMS belfast she is intresting cause in her i see what we had and what we have and how technology has changed rapidly over the last 60 years, (shudders)

after getting off at the barbican i walked around the corner and the building was so small it was like a strip one room wide one room accross if it didnt have the merchant navy flag outside id have walked straight past it.

i got into the building and waited and waited and waited and no not waited the guy came eventualy a fat scotsman with a deep accent (oh fu** me im gunna fail) thats my thought cause i could bearly understand him.

after firing all sorts of questions going from merchant navy to what did i do at the week end and do i like drinking i finaly finnished although i didnt have the full amount of qualifications the guy said because i went off my own back to try again they will accept me

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

so DRINKS ALL ROUND :()1: :()1: :()1: :()1: :()1: :()1: :()1:

congrats. i studied literally 'round the corner, had to walk past the shipping office to get to the dorm. i agree, it's like 20ft wide. remember standing in the rain for 2 hours to see the queen go there -- she didn't even wave.
