Problem Changing Flotilla

Hi, I started in 1939 with the 1.st Flotilla, wanted to change to 2. Flotilla in fall 1940. As soon as I could change, I hit the button - but I got to the 7th Flotilla! Tried it several times now, always the same bug. If I try to get into the 7.th Flotilla instead, I get a message showing " (null) " . Do u have a idea how i can fix this?
Or is there a way to just change the flotilla in the cfgs manually?

And after how many month can u change a Flotilla again???

what mods do you have installed?

2nd Flotilla doesn't come online in the standard game until October 1940. Could this have anything to do with it?

I have no mods installed. I did NOT configure the standard game in any way. I am in November 1940 and as I said, I can see the 2nd if I hit the phone, but I join the 7th.
Do you now after wich time I am allowed to switch the unit again? I just would try it again in some month. Is there a cfg entry where I can switch the unit manually?

I was now in the 7th and some month later I could join the 2nd where I have my IXB now. But the Bug still exists in the savegame, so its reproduceable I guess.
