DISCLAIMER: I've looked through and used search for the problem I seem to be having but cannot seem to find a resolution so I'm posting here now. :-?
I have recently reinstalled my system (bought a new sata hard drive!) and I'm on a fresh install of XP. System specs are here (http://www.greyrose.net/DxDiag.txt). The problem arises in that I put the DVD in, allow autoplay to run (as suggested by the black sky/white blob threads) and I get this odd video error (http://www.greyrose.net/SH3Img-29-10-2005_22-53-50_687.jpg). The same hair and body video bug is also displayed on certain portions of the bridge and other places. Is this due to the new Oct. 20 drivers? I was previously running the 77.72 drivers but, with the hard drive upgrade, I wanted to update everything else. I have tried doing a fresh install+patch of the game and it doesn't seem to be related to any mods that I have installed (mostly skin mods for boats).
Any ideas?
