I think You can mantain the mouse button clicked and move it by the sonar dial. The arrow will follow the cursor.

I Stand corrected ! you are right Kpt Lehmann I do mean the " hydrophone " So back to the ? when using the mouse on the wheel the "needle " on the dial moves very fast . I would to know if it is possible to slow it down !
