you wont be able to take a crap soon with out either:
declaring it to the prime minister
getting written permission by the authorities
or saying any word relating to the lavatory and your needs because it will be politicaly incorrect

Will the UK also eradicate every Austin Midget ever produced and preserved in British auto collections?
Naah, they'll probably just be renamed something like:
"Austin vertically disadvantaged"

Can I just point out that it is The Sun kapitain is quoting from that blows it out of proportion.
It is just one play that has been affected. The word hasn't been banned just one stupid person thought so and rewrote it.
You can still say dwarf in the UK..
Geezzz..read a decent newspaper like the Independent, Times or Guardian.

how about "midgets" and "spooks".
I didn't know the slang meanings of spook until I saw a movie "The Human Stain".

So what about literary works, like Lord of the Rings, etc?
Are fictional dwarves (the kind that live in mountains and mine riches there) going to be rewritten in British editions of these works? :88)

No, but 'Snow White and the Seven D***fs' certainly will.
Or is 'S**w W***e' a racial slur now?
On the other hand I have a book called Politically Correct Fairy Tales which has one chapter titled 'Snow White and the Seven Vertically Challenged Workers'.
Oh, just realized something: is 'Fairy Tale' now politally incorrect?

lmao
It's not a law - just more paranoia from 'The Sun.'
A company called Jasper Publishing sent a script to an amatuer dramatics society that had changed the word 'dwarf' to gnomes to avoid offending people. It was a choice, not legislation.
Go ahead and scream 'it's pollitical correctness gone mad!,' but here is what the Publisher says:
Mr Sperinck, a director of the firm, said nobody had ever raised questions about the script before.
He said: "Obviously someone has got hold of the idea that the titles have been altered for political correctness and seems not to be aware that times change.
"There used to be a show on the television called the Black and White Minstrels which was withdrawn because it was politically incorrect, or felt to be.
"If you were 3ft 6in would you prefer to be called a dwarf in a pantomime or a gnome?
