Deep-Six

OberLeutenant Z. S. Strelew decided to go into the Flow after he went to
assigned PA. For a whole 24hrs of complete boredom, He set course for
Flow. As he got nearer he went to periscope depth and stayed there until
was inside the Flow. Nighttime, around midnight he surfaced in a daring
gamble to replinish the Co2. He went undetected. :o Finding his prey he
went back to pd and went to a spot where he could line up for a perfect
shot on the AuxCA. He decided to inch closer to around 2500m. Besides
the CA, there were four DDs parked in a L formation. He set the depth of
eels to 10.5, full spread. (The eels are TIIs). Opened the outer doors, and
launched them aiming under the bridge. One of the eels exploded
prematurely. No response from the DDs. 7:04 am the first eel hits, the
crew cheers. 7:04 the second eel impacts, the crew cheers again.
Strelew, tells the navigator to get out of here before the whole British
navy finds us. We start to head west to the secondary way of getting in
Flow. U-3 makes it out, though there are still 2 DDs to get by. We slip
bye them and then head for home. Metals were awarded to almost
everyone who participated.
Here are two pics of the demise of the AuxCA:
Early morning fireworks. :D
