View Full Version : What does Morale & Experience effect in game?

Hi all

I am currently working on a new mod that will totally change crew management. This will be combined with a damage model to suit i.e. longer damage repairs and flooding / crisis decisions to be made.

I almost have the fatigue aspect sussed but wanted to know if I could incorporate Morale changes should it affect fatigue or functionality of gameplay. Just not been modding for a while so am a bit rusty with this game.

The Mod will be called HOLLYWOOD BATTLE STATIONS yes yes another sad name, where do I get them from.

For those who tried the Hollywood Damage versions, you will know I am a great believer of giving the player variations in damage and I attempt to raise the game adrenalin levels.

This time I am tackling flooding and damage repair times the best way I can.

Kaa has made a great discovery concerning fatigue so expect some completely new ideas with regard to this area as well.

I would think that morale should affect thier effecincy. The more you hate your job, the more likely you are to goof off on watch...
