How to crosscheck Hi Res (dx9res10) mod?

Hi,

My max RES is 1280*1024.
So I tried applying the (dx9res10) mod to raise RES from the default
1024*768 to this higher value. I have WIN XP SP1 installed.
As readme instructs, I only threw the .cfg and .dll files in my main SH3 menu. The .cfg file had 1280*1024 already by default, so I changed nothing at all.

Yet, I am unsure if the mod functions (I compared general game "look" after starting up a few times).

Is there a way to check actual RES? :o
Did I forget anything? :oops:

Is there a way to check actual RES?

Yes. Take a screen shot (CTRL-F11, I think). As far as I remember, this screen shot will be a .BMP file. Open it in Paint, or check it properties. You should then be able to see the resolution for the BMP = the screen resolution.
