make sure that you include the dashes, example...

MH39X-XFUNW-XXXXX-ZZZZZ-QQQQQ

If that does not work contact Starforce.

The code that comes inside the DVD case is misleading. There's more information printed on the label than you need. Extra characters that are not part of the code are right there.

More info here (http://www.subsim.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=30245) if this is your problem.

A friend just bought a "french" version (no french languages here, just german and english), and got the same serial problems.

Seems 5 caracteres are "extra" caracteres (finals ones, of course).

Furthermore, seem this edition has the starforce issue (drivers pbs) solved.

This edition also jump directly to 1.4.

I am sure - in fact, I am certain that if you search the net using Google you WILL find a solution to your problems.

Only enter the first five groups of five characters seperated by dashes, and do not enter the smaller characters present.

Interesting, my version (french also) was 1.0. I guess this means they made a new release because of the good sales ?
