To the movie makers

I have just aquired the full version of fraps to capture footage of my exploits in the game but I can't get it to work for some reason.
I set my hotkey for capture as "home" press it whn I want to record a scene and nothing happens.
Can anyone help me out please?

Hi andy_311,
First the simple part, make sure you have started FRAPS and minimized it. You will know it's working if you get the yellow numbers in the upper left corner when the game starts. When you hit the activate key they will turn red to show you are recording.
I changed the Hot key to the "zero" on the number pad.
The "home" key would act funky sometimes. Usualy when I was looking through the scope. Also I only recorded in half-size at 30 frp.
And last but not least you'll need an editing software in order to create your film.

Doing all that seemed to make it work very well for me.

assign a key to recording that doesn't interfere with SH3. ;) I use the "*" key as it's close to time contols and doesn't interfere with anything - for Sh3 that is.

IN SH3 that's silly, as 0 removes GUI and + accelerates time. Don't do it unless you remapped keyboard controls for SH3. :doh:
