Weapon Management Screen Breaks

For some odd reason, when ever I tell the crew to load up the sub with torpedoes from external storage, to the reserves, and I tell them to load way too many (about 4), the weapon management screen breaks.

It returns to normal if I mouse over any buttons on the screen, but it gets worse, if I order the crew to load any more torpedoes, they literally disappear both from the Torpedoe management screen, and the sub itself.

So far I've only experienced this on the IX-D2.

Any Suggestions on how to fix this?

Load one torpedo at a time. I haven't lost any torps while loading but some people have even when loading a tube and at the same time queing an external to be moved inside. Don't know what causes it but one at a time is the safest way.
